I've been with ING for 2 years. I can say that they are one of the companies that offer great benefits and has lots of employee engagements. Work set-up is hybrid. -Annual increase and performance bonus -14th month pay -HMOs for dependents -30 leaves (vl and sl)
Cons
Pray that you will be part of a team that has an open-minded leader. An objective stakeholder and a management that values employees welfare. There's a lot of internal opportunity, but this will still depend on you previous performance.
