      Time Off is decent and some benefits

      Cons

      Managers are toxic and very clicky. Feedback is given however it is unprofessional and very personal. You learn a lot more from other staff however all management should receive more training.

      - remote - great company culture - coworkers are young and fun to be around -very hands on job and you learn a lot. Great place to work for new grads or entry level employees trying to learn more about the industry

      Cons

      - poor work life balance - pay is low - no growth -team is super small so you’ll have a lot on your plate
