Pros

Not so much pros only you get to have various snacks

Cons

They don't appreciate your work at all when you truly give your 100 %. They also not value their employees, Long working hours and seniors are not helpful you will never get to learn new things over here and too much of politics and work pressure Don't waste your time by working with such an organization they will give you false promises, mobiles are not allowed and you can also not talk with your colleges. Every month they will change your place as if you are in school

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. INNsight is a company that values the needs of its employees. At INNsight, we have flexible working hours, which are manageable according to your deliverables. It might be the case when there are deadlines to achieve; our employees have themselves taken responsibility for staying late and completing the tasks at hand. Every employee is always helpful to each other irrespective of their designation. Moreover, mobile phone use is permitted, but one should use it responsibly and only in an emergency. INNsight has always modified its work environment to meet the needs of its staff including offering snacks, tea time, Saturdays off, events and dinners. We are sorry about your disgruntled perception of how INNsight handles its policy and team wellness. We hope that our response helped you understand our viewpoint. We wish you the best in your career. Sincerely, INNsight Team
