Pros

One of the most notable aspects of the company is their open-mindedness and willingness to listen to feedback and suggestions from employees. This approach has created a work environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Additionally, the company is very flexible with work environment and time. They offer their employees the option to work from home or remotely, which has contributed to a better work-life balance for the team. The company culture is also notable in that it is constantly evolving in a positive direction. They put a strong emphasis on personal and professional development, providing opportunities for training and education. This has led to a team of highly skilled and motivated individuals who are committed to the company's success. Finally, the company does an excellent job of giving credit and responsibilities to employees who deserve it. They recognize their contributions and give them significant roles that allow them to grow and improve their skills. Overall, based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an employer that values their employees and prioritizes a positive work culture.

Cons

The company has some areas that require improvement. One of the main issues is that some bad habits and practices from previous employees and managers are still present in the company, which negatively impacts the work environment. These need to be addressed and cleaned up in order to create a more productive and positive work culture. Another concern is that the workflow and processes could be more efficient, though the company is actively working to improve in this area. It is important to note that the process of improvement may take some time and effort. Additionally, there are occasions when employees are expected to manage too many directions and projects at once, which can lead to stress and decreased productivity. However, the company is taking steps to address this issue and is improving in this aspect. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, the company is making progress in addressing these concerns and striving to create a better work environment.

Pros

Some thoughtful and forward-thinking enterprise solutions and cool use-cases developed with some top-tier luxury brands.

Cons

While their Inspify's fleet of digital and immersive technology solutions for consumer brands provide some conceptual appeal - unfortunately they are biting off way more than they can chew. Their enterprise "platform" consists of four or five unique B2B solutions that aren’t fully realized, requires lots of custom development upon delivery and can't be scaled to a larger clients base or would have to hire more resources. Meanwhile the user-experiences are buggy and only half developed (not 80% developed MVPs) and frankly the potential consumer brand partners they are pitching view the products as cool but not as the next "must have" revenue generator that they would pay for. The fact is, Inpsify has no viable use case or any real evidence or raw data that demonstrates that their solutions improve their brand partners business or generate them revenue in the slightest. It feel as if the CEO is running around making cool demos to pitch brands four or five times over but is continuously failing and spending their 1.3 million in funding that they raised in 2015. Most startups would have their hands full building one of these products but they are building five. The CEO also has a tenuous grasp on the consumer product industry, global retail markets or the consumer brand business he is hoping to serve. He has never been a merchant, has no retail or supply chain experience and has never managed a brand or owned IP. Worst and most importantly there exists no clear monetization strategy for his products or a clear definition of how his company is going to generate revenue for his brand partners. He claims to want to create a SaaS model but meanwhile every product or demo he makes is internally laborious and a can’t be scaled. Rather than spending the last decade building a true SaaS platform like a Salesforce, his strategy is to create cool demos of his product and sell them into luxury brand partners as a scalable, customizable enterprise solution. His strategy would be fine if Inspify was honest with its place in the market as a digital marketing or content development agency - but Inspify’s commitment to generate value is as hollow as their bespoke product solution disguised as a scalable product. I assume this is the reason they have only been able to sign up clients for one-off tests, which haven’t been lucrative. Because they can’t generate consistent sales or cash flow the company is broke and as of December 2022, there is no plan to raise funds. The CEO admitted to not having a updated pitch deck or company financials book. What’s astounding is that I was able to determine and confirmed through. Crunchbase that they’ve generated a mere 1.3MM in funding over an 8 year period. To try and generate revenue I was brought in to generate new revenue partnerships in the United States. After less than 2 months into a contractually obligated consulting agreement (about a week before Christmas) I was told I wasn’t going to be paid and he essentially stiffed me over a small retainment fee and a contract that was largely commission based. I want to make clear this is an honest account of my experience at Inspify as a consultant and not the petty retribution of a disgruntled employee. Potential hires beware that Inspify shows signs of a company with week financials and there is a chance you will not get paid for your services with complete certainty.

Cons

Management need to wake up their idea of their business model and treat their employees right. If you are looking for a job to be pushed to your limits and be shouted at and screamed at, join them! The reviews are a reflection of where this company is headed. Ignore the fake ones written by the management themselves.
