1) Very poor software engineering practices. 2) Poor project planning and execution 3) Lack of guidance for new hires to grow and execute 4) Low pay and poor benefits package 5) Very poor work life balance. CEO expects you to work over the weekends. 6) No importance is given to product design/UI/UX. Extremely old and traditional software development practice. 7) They hardly understand data and business intelligence. Only reason the company is thriving because immigration domain does not have competing technology makers and as such many attorney are not very tech savvy.
