Pros
Technician camaraderie, good instructors, weekly pay.
Cons
Very unorganized, so, management cannot be held accountable for anything. Pay would be decent if we did not have to pay for gas. Pay ranges between 450 to 1250 for me depending on my week. Average pay is closer to 550 to 700 per week. gas per month cost around 600 per month. Accounting always forgets to pay you for at least a few of your installs and the discrepancy procedure is tedious, shady, and unreliable. To add, if you were to earn $500/week, $2,000/month, after $600 in gas, your pay is equivalent to $350/week not to include taxes and deductions (badge, uniform, tools purchase from the company). Every week you may be threatened with being fire for petty reasons. The health of this site is not certain and it usually feels as if it may shut down unexpectedly. Management also seems to be making the move to hire $12/hour technicians rather than pay per completion technicians so you could do the math on what that pay will turn out to be. Work week are mandatory 6 days per week but often you may work 20 days straight. = little or no social life.
