I came from a very stressful environment that gave me no room to grow. So after joining INTEGRIS, I feel seen, heard, valued, and appreciated.
As a caregiver at corporate, I understand our environment is strikingly different than at the hospitals, or caregivers who are boots-on-the-ground, but being one of those who helps others do their job well, makes me love what I do even more. It is truly a trickledown affect.
My manager promotes an inclusive, understanding, supportive, and flexible environment. My onboarding experience was at a great pace and allowed me to l truly get the scope of the business at my own pace.
I can’t wait to see my future unfold here.
Cons
I don’t have any at the moment, personally. But from what I’ve heard, our pay could be a little better; I’m choosing to speak out on that since it is important to all the hardworking caregivers at the hospitals. I also wish our benefits covered GLP-1’s, as it is such an important device for living a healthier life.
