      Flexibility in scheduling. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Sacrifices productive, safe working environments to make money. Not much incentive to do better when workers aren’t held accountable. Not surprising when the starting pay is on the lower end for MHW

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
