      Pros

      Engaged leadership. Integris health is invested in the communities of Oklahoma and partnering with patients in their healthcare journeys. Employees are valued and listened to.

      Cons

      INTEGRIS HEALTH AND healthcare organizations in general are very reliable employers but rely on government legislation and insurance plans for reimbursement and insurance plans, and government regulation outside of their control. We do a great job of working within those constraints though.

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

      Cons

      Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
