Pros
what is done well? Hiding the truth from clients/customers.
Cons
what could be better? almost everything. Pays a little bit more than the return to the poorhouse now common around Rochdale but in return, expects workers to get covered in filth and breathe in pigment dust. Half the workforce are drug users but I don't want to be sued so I better just say that half the workforce are NOT drug users. Nepotism was Turbocharged a while ago when certain managers started to elbow out the people who knew what to do properly so that now, there's a knowledge gap at every level - no respectable corporation would watch this kind of brain-drain and do nothing. I believe that since I left, even more long service staff have cleared out, meaning that the mistakes are where they were 20 years ago, both on the shop floor and in the offices - should be fun when a serious customer audit happens - watch this space. Charlatans seem to be welcome to apply for positions or so I'm told - a recent 'SAP super user' could barely log-in without assistance so don't worry about those gaps in your CV - just make something up and they will buy it, then ride it out until they finally catch on - 'Faking It' but in the real world!
