Pros
None, a horrible negative experience. Don't go here unless your desperate.
Cons
Everybody starts as a temp from and outside firm. $8.50 Hour. Top of the food chain on the production floor is $ 10.79 hour, even after ten years working there. You will get carpal tunnel fast here, like 6 months. Stand on your feet for 7 hours straight. Favoritism from inbred shop floor management is rampant. Once your team gets fast on a plastic press, (floor support operators, who basically do nothing but walk around all day) will turn up the speed/cycle time ( without telling you) on your plastic press and conveyor belt. You don't have a second to breathe. You will be rushed and pushed every second to your absolute human limit, get caught up on the work being produced, then they turn the machine speed up expecting even more parts produced. Make any kind of mistake, they fire right away. Miss work when scheduled, first offense your gone.( unless your part of the old boys/girls club) Mandatory overtime, work schedule is always at the last second notice. Oh, hope you like smelly work release inmates and perverted sex creep's on the floor. If your a social misfit, a criminal, or have no where else to go, then go here. Its a horrible experience to work here. We tried UAW unionizing, they threatened to close the plant, so all the locals backed off on the union. The closing threat was a total lie. THEY WILL GRIND YOU DOWN HARD FOR EVERY SECOND THEY CAN GET OUT OF YOU, NO KIDDING.
