Team members are highly motivated, committed and hard working people, that inspire you to give your best. More and more focused on the employee wellbeing (real results and changes). Founders stay close to the team, no typical “hierarchy” feel. All opinions and everyone’s input are very welcome and often used. Great environment for professional growth, when you are willing to make the effort yourself. Company direction seems to be becoming clearer, more focused and better workload. Necessary changes are done swiftly and efficiently.
Cons
Typical growth pains, most of them are already improving or being handled (strategy, direction, clear goals, leadership). Internal communication is not always great. Limited resources, due to being a startup.
