Company structured as a true old boys network of management with no respect or value for the trench level or technical employees. Company has no revenue stream, has laid off almost all technical and production personnel yet maintains the complete cadre of directors, deputy directors, managers and VPs that are leading the new CEO to almost certain demise while doing everything in their own interests to profit as much and as long as possible. Recently all employees forced to take cut in wages, elimination of 401K match and possible loss of other traditional benefits. If you can work in an environment where truth is optional and the emperor wears no clothes you might stand a chance.
