No pros to working here at all besides the nice colleagues I’ve met

Everything. ION is a penny pinching company and extremely unstable. They take away luxuries such as snacks and company gatherings (by limiting the budget) and then gut entire teams, dispersing tasks to already stressed and overworked employees. This is a job you will have to give yourself a pep talk every morning to simply make it through each day.
