Pros

There are some smart workers and company events are not bad. If you are in a grad program you might like it for a little while

Cons

This is just a new page to hide the original Glassdoor page (ION Trading) but it’s the same company. It’s Very obvious that grads run the company and they are the only employees who have any klout with the CEO/execs. Any positive reviews are probably written by them. Getting employees to work for as little pay as possible is what the company is about. Salaries are low and raises are barely given out to even those who work the hardest. The CEO is not a good man. Business people can care about money and their employees too but this man does not. Management does not care or listen. They care more about useless data than actually making the company less terrible. You are promised a bonus but it’s very unlikely that you will get one and if you do you might as well have not gotten one at all. Benefits are not great and some people have a 401k match and some don’t. Some are trying to boost morale but it’s hard when tons of employees are fired on New Years Day. People do not write reviews because they are bored it is just to warn good people. You can do better

Pros

I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

Cons

RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
