      Pros

      Nothing positive springs to mind. There are some good people, but that's despite the culture, not because of it.

      Cons

      Fidessa was acquired by ION Group last year, since then we have been constantly lied to, misled and bullied by management. The company is "lead" by a control freak and his entourage of sycophants. Every negative review on this site of this man is true. As far as I can tell he has no redeeming qualities. ION is universally loathed by staff and customers.

      Pros

      I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

      Cons

      RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
