- pay hikes - supportive in wfh during covid
Cons
- useless and incompetent Indian managers - good for boot lickers , not really meant for people who believe in doing good work as u will be given more and more work until u decide to quit one day - no replacement of staffs who left ( in the name of replacement college kids have joined which has increased workload on people to train them) instead of helping them - separate set of rules and work methods for Indian and people abroad in the same unit - advice and suggestions are never paid heed too and ignored
