Pros
I enjoyed working with my coworkers. Everyone was kind and friendly, and most were good at their jobs.
Cons
Recently, ION began losing more people than they hired, leading to those of us who remained being overworked and taking on the jobs of multiple people, but the salary of one. We often had to be on call during weekends, though there was advanced notice given in 99% of cases and time off in lieu was also given.
