      Terrible management, poor direction and support for subordinates, terrible business practices, no respect for staff or people generally.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
