Great Company - Senior Software Engineer IONpath Employee Review

This has been a wonderful company to work for so far. My time at IONpath has completely changed my perspective of the typical workplace. Despite it being an open office space, it is a very productive environment. Everyone is generally respectful and conscientious of the atmosphere - I only need to put on my noise cancelling headphones on when I get annoyed with my own excessive mouse clicking. There is a high caliber of individuals here - all smart and driven. The culture is still developing but we'll certainly get there. Honesty, work ethic, and accountability are amongst some of their important values. Employees are appreciated! There are frequent one-on-ones to ensure you have the support you need to get your work done and perhaps clarify any ambiguity with assignments/projects, which in my opinion, promotes efficiency.

Only thing is parking can be limited.
