It’s important to us that colleagues feel valued and heard, which is why we offer many different open forums. These include company meetings, the employee forum, our annual surveys, and open door days. We’re proud of our inclusive, supportive and collaborative culture, which is one of the many reasons people enjoy being part of IOPP.

Thank you for the review and we are pleased to hear about how good our work-life balance, culture and benefits are. this is so important to us. Regarding your point about pay making sure our reward programme is structured fairly and generously is important to us. We have a robust process in place that underpins all our salary decisions, ensuring everyone’s pay is at the right level for their role. Transparency matters too, so we’re open about how we do things. This includes publishing pay bands internally and, to be upfront from the start, salary ranges in our job advertisements.
