A company of 50 people with smart, talented individuals means everyone has a hand in driving the business forward.
This company is small enough to make changes when needed to ensure success and is not afraid of trying different things. I like the start up feel the business has, but we work on big innovative projects. Great culture, relaxed office with well stocked kitchen, casual dress, open communication, family friendly and the best Christmas parties. These guys listen and act. They know the market very well and take the team on the journey with them.
Cons
I don't have any cons but if you don't understand the difference between working for start up and working for a large red tape company then you need to do your homework. In this company things can change quickly as the market, strategy and business requires. Some people thrive in this environment and others don't. Personally I love it as it means we are not bogged down with 'that's the way we have always done it'. Together we assess whats working and whats not and adjust accordingly.
