Great company that does great things in the community. Some really great and passionate people work there.

None that I can think of.

IPC Health really cares about its people, constantly asks for feedback and tries its best to communicate and keep people informed of what's happening. IPC Health also has a really strong and progressive flexible working policy that enables great work-life balance.

Being a not-for-profit community service, workloads can become quite unmanageable at times, there's often not a lot that can be done about this as well so you often soldier through and wait for it to die down.
