      Has some good healthcare Providers.

      Cons

      Management extremely out of touch. Abusive when I suffered a severe flu virus. Only focused on money made without consideration of quality of care. Corporation only interested in money.

      Pros

      IPC Health really cares about its people, constantly asks for feedback and tries its best to communicate and keep people informed of what's happening. IPC Health also has a really strong and progressive flexible working policy that enables great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Being a not-for-profit community service, workloads can become quite unmanageable at times, there's often not a lot that can be done about this as well so you often soldier through and wait for it to die down.
