      The CTO has no business knowledge. Also dont maintain audit. Backboneless and cant support his team. Yeary bonus is as low and less half of basic salary

      Flexible schedule, great for a SAHM, free parking

      Cons

      Contract position, no benefits, and no room for growth, job openings aren't common as it's a great place to work so people never leave.
