Pros
Very self-motivated team, infrastructure, and supportive manager. They have built a legacy through good, programmatic work and it reflects. The leadership is astute financially.
Cons
Lack of structure, and no cohesion for cross-functional collaboration as most teams are occupied with their own targets. Policies are inconsistent and payscales are all over the place. Support team including HR, is sometimes, purely for ornamental purposes. They have no real say in building processes and policies.
