      Pros

      Unlimited opportunity in a growing IT Security company. 13 Paid Holidays per year, plus vacation and personal time. An Industry that will be around in the future. Great for a career not just a job. Genuine, nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Technology can be challenging to sell in the beginning, while you are learning. There is a ramp up period to support you, though.
