They have many sites room for growth

They schedule to work 12 hours shifts, like getting off at 12:30am and have to return at 8:00am if late you are written up. The schedule changes in the middle of the week. They make you go to different site afte you worked your site and they do not like paying for overtime other than what your scheduled
