Pros
Lots of autonomy to manage your own workload / practice (sometimes too much?) Good people. Compensation is as good as any other recruitment firm and way better if you're a top performer. Good corporate culture. They empower people to take control of their career. Anyone can become a partner if they perform to a certain level.
Cons
They sometimes keep under-performers for too long (although that's changing). Sometimes too much autonomy and work/life balance - could manage people more agressively (can't believe I'm suggesting that!) They have a daily huddle (9 min stand-up meeting) that's a bit weird (but I sort of like it).
