Pros

Relaxed atmosphere. Nice new office. UK management very approachable. Trusted to get work done at a local level. Good location and friendly people.

Cons

Poor communication to staff about the constant changes and reorganisations taking place. HR clueless about the impact the reorganisations have on staff and keep making promises that never materialise. Little or no training on our own products.

Pros

In our late world of employee churn. IQGeo seems to actively be trying to keep long time employees, highly regarding experience and expertise.

Cons

As a mostly remote company, it can feel a little disconnected.

Pros

Friendly teams, everyone gets along nicely. WFH/Remote for a majority of employees, if they're not there, people are in the Denver or Cambridge offices.

Cons

Lack of career progression. No skills develop beyond maybe your first 4 months at the job. Mundane and repetitive work.
