Good If You Fit the Culture - Associate IQTalent Partners Employee Review

Pros

There's a month long training process before you're put on to client engagements, which is very helpful. If you're on a long term client engagement, you get to build solid relationships with hiring managers, TA teams, and candidates, giving you great experience to all aspects of full-cycle recruiting. It's a great place to start your career in recruiting to get solid experience before growing your career. The office is very open collaborative. The partners are great and do try to listen to what you want out of your time there, but they're just not always able to make it happen.

Cons

There's little/no room for growth and development. You may be promoted once or twice, but there's not far to go beyond that. The benefits package is okay, but there's no 401k matching right now. There's a lack of communication between management and employees and a definite lack of financial incentive for closing roles. There's very little work/life balance as you're expected to always be available to meet the needs of the client. While the current policy claims to have "unlimited PTO," it all depends on if management approves it based on your client engagement. Management has been known to deny PTO and have you work extra to make up the hours before you go on vacation.
