Indian management will never let you grow. They will make some formal appreciations but they will make you feel that anyone can do your job. You’re not doing something special. Salary increment is too poor. It’s not even close to inflation rate. If you say something they will just say it’s not only you. Sometimes they try to do micro management as well. Overall think twice before joining.
