Overall Experience My time at IQVIA has been highly rewarding. The work environment is both challenging and stimulating, which keeps daily tasks interesting and helps foster motivation among team members. There are ample opportunities to take on challenging assignments and demonstrate capabilities to senior management, enabling career growth for those willing to step up. Pros: Work Culture & Life Balance: The company offers a flexible work culture, including a hybrid or Work From Home arrangement and supportive policies that help employees maintain a healthy balance between personal and professional responsibilities. Career Growth Opportunities: There are ample opportunities for career advancement for those willing to embrace new challenges, collaborate across teams, and actively contribute to process improvements, lot of internal opening as well posted weekly and can transition to different projects unless if you are not a dependent resource of the current project. Manager Feedback & Support: Managers typically provide constructive feedback and strong support, which is essential for professional development. While experiences may vary, my interactions have been consistently positive in this regard. Software & AI Utilization: IQVIA equips employees with access to innovative AI tools and project-specific software, empowering us to boost productivity and adapt to evolving work requirements. Social Events: The company organizes regular social events throughout the year, often including visits from senior leadership and team outings, helping foster camaraderie and team spirit. Good Leave Policy & Holidays: There are different category of leaves and privilege leaves as well which we can utilize or reimburse while we leave the company, and at least 10-12 main holidays in yearly calendar.

Cons I recognize that experiences and challenges at IQVIA may vary depending on individual roles and circumstances, so these points reflect my personal perspective. Salary and Hike: While I initially joined IQVIA with a significant market-aligned hike of around 150%, subsequent increments over my three years here have been modest, with less than 15% growth despite consistently exceeding performance expectations. Promotion: Despite contributing beyond the scope of my role and receiving positive recognition from management, I have yet to see a promotion, which can feel discouraging. Notice Period: The 90-day notice period is generally non-negotiable for most employees, which may limit flexibility in career transitions. Targets and Work Hours: Occasionally, targets can feel unrealistic, requiring extended working hours without additional compensation, which can impact work-life balance.
