Treat each Center of Excellences as its own business unit.
Cons
- CEO socially inept. Managers have to be trained on how to present to accommodate. Lacks any support, management style or respect from employees. Never seen anything like it. - An old school mentality / men's club. Holds company back. - Use acquisitions to show profit. - Loss clients often. A constant scramble to keep them from seeing the lack of direction or proper management.
