      Pros

      The great, fun culture that started with Appature (purchased by IMS in 2013) has remained. I get to work with very smart, knowledgeable people. No one is working me to the bone. Nice view, free parking.

      Cons

      Upper level management (above the Seattle office) has no idea how to run a software company. Direction keeps changing every few months. Apparently we're Salesforce developers now.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
