      Grossly reduced benefits, low/frozen salaries, CEO and exec team that doesn’t appreciate employees, review processes that are “fake”/predetermined and mgrs forced to comply, since merger CEO has systematically destroyed the corporate culture

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
