      Pros

      Overall good experience. Seamless operation with host company. Good product training and support. Quintiles does make an effort to rehire former contract employees. I would work for them again.

      Cons

      I worked on a very small specialized contract to launch a reformulated psych med. Host company totally miscalculated launch projections and ROI. 2 year contract ended on only one year and host company went out of business.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
