Don’t let them sweet talk you in the interview. This is a CALL CENTER. It does not matter how you word it — anything involving metrics and reports definitely screams call center. POC avoid this place altogether. I mean the culture, management, messy co-workers…. A lot of ethic and security breaches. The training was rushed and unorganized. The trainers were very rude, condescending and did not explain things well. You can forget about asking for help or clarity, it was truly everyone for themselves. You can forget about talking to the higher ups about your issues; they have an “it is what it is, you can leave” attitude. There is a severe lack of professionalism and privacy. No diversity in leadership/management whatsoever but do what you will with that. If you like drama and high school popularity contests go for it.
