The management was horribly disorganized. Transition from Pharmasource to the new owners IQVIA was not smooth. The company laid off entire teams because they lost the Covid tax incentive that provided tremendous tax rebates for each employee on payroll (it basically covered 80% of the cost to employee someone.)
