Pros
Many learning opportunities if you join a team in which business is growing. Valuable project management experience, supportive colleagues (only if they are not burn out themselves) and internal stakeholders, reputable and long standing brand as healthcare market research
Cons
Management cares only about business and revenue. AC takes on more than five projects and expected to be primary analyst for all without proper support. Budget cuts, not able to retain top talents. High turnover, a culture in which people suffer in silence. Everyone here works in silo, manager overdelegates.
