Worse company to work for, specially in the capacity of MDR - Associate Medical Data Review Manager IQVIA Employee Review

1) Very low package & extremely low Increment ( ranging from 1-4% annually) as compared to the allotted work. 2) It is not a Doctors job anymore but job of an IT person who has some medical knowledge. 3) Non deserving people are your Line Managers. 4) Presently they have a strategy to target & remove employee after 1-2 years of service by deliberately putting them in employee improvement plan, make them work for 16-18 hours daily for a month & then terminate them to appoint some 1 else on a lower package. 5) No work - home balance at all. 6) It has become humiliating work for good doctors, hence so many doctors are quitting the MDR Team. This job is without Honour & dignity.
