      Cons

      The consulting group is incredibly political. There is no proper process/ structure in hiring, promotion, performance review etc. The team exploit staff who need visa to remain in Singapore, and certain principals are terribly toxic; unfortunately they managed to get rid of some of the resonable people so those remain possess the same kind of poisonous behaviour.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
