Pros
The owner/CEO is very open to new ideas that would grow the business. Select individuals in the company are incredibly passionate about their jobs and their patients.
Cons
Upper management couldn't be much worse. Office politics is an understatement. Certain individuals in management are incredibly unprofessional, degrading employees both to their face and behind their backs. No accountability. Horrible communication. Clinicians constantly pushed into too high of patient volume, leading to degraded patient care altogether.
