Our senior management always encourage two way communication and decision-making via our site updates, employee feedback inbox, engagement committees across offices and departments and regular employee surveys, and always welcome suggestions, feedback and improvements directly too. Our dedicated Made in IRIS CEO Award to identify and support innovative ideas to flourish in all levels of the business (with a chance to win big!) is another great example of this.
