We are really happy that you appreciated our amazing offices, and the investment that we have put into them through a recent refurbishment of the Heathrow Approach and Manchester offices. We’ve recently updated our commission scheme to reward our fantastic salespeople for hitting their targets. This has included rolling out the same scheme across Sales, moving to monthly commission payments, simplifying tiers and types of order and the chance to earn 200% of commission once you hit your target. We’re also investing in training for our salespeople so that they can develop their skills, learn different products, and grow their careers. We are also pleased to run a recognition award for our highest performing salespeople each quarter. We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions.
