We encourage you to join our Belonging Group, which consists of employee representatives who meet regularly to discuss diversity initiatives and share experiences. Each sessions covers a different topic, previous topics include Black History Month, Windrush Day, National Inclusion Week and how IRIS can get involved, celebrations for Pride month, breastfeeding at work, and supporting neurodivergent employees.
We are delighted to hold a regular global company update which communicates our company goals, signposts important upcoming events, celebrates recent achievements, and recognises the fantastic work all of our employees across the IRIS family accomplish to #MakeItHappen. As part of this virtual update, we welcome a panel of senior leaders and members of our executive team to present the information live and answer any questions raised during the Q&A session. We also have weekly emails from our CEO, Elona, quarterly All Hands presentations run by our Managing Directors, as well as our monthly newsletter ‘Your IRIS’ and daily social media posts.
