Our fantastic Learning and Development team have launched this year’s Spring/Summer curriculum, filled with 37 free training courses covering topics such as Sales for Non-Salespeople, Fundamentals of Project Management, and many more! We also offer to sponsor a range of apprenticeship courses, with 19 apprentices enrolling in the last 12 months to join our cohort of 52 apprentices across IRIS.
We are also proud to run our annual High Potential Programme which offers an additional route for the personal development of employees across the IRIS family who are identified as ‘ambitious and highly capable people who have the potential to rapidly grow their career at IRIS with the right opportunities and support’. For our FY22 programme, we were proud to have supported over 300 nominees, who received access to a dedicated portfolio of developmental activities, networking sessions and training, and supported to fine-tune their skills, boost their confidence and help them grow at IRIS. We also offer our employees the chance to learn from more experienced colleagues through our Mentoring Programme, which empowers an internal mentor to provide individual advice, support and knowledge sharing with a specific mentee. We are proud to have trained more than 30 employees to become mentors and publish their profiles on our ‘Mentoring’ intranet page so that interested employees can contact them if they wish to discuss a mentoring relationship.
