We are delighted that you recognise our wonderful colleagues, who help us create a supportive and welcoming environment where everyone can flourish. We’re proud to offer a range of opportunities for our employees to engage in continuous professional development. Over the last 12 months we're proud to have enrolled 19 apprentices to join our cohort of 52 overall, provided 37 courses in our Spring/Summer Curriculum and delivered 155 training sessions. We have also invited 74 mangers to join our Managing with IMPACT programme and are delighted to welcome 43 senior employees to our new Leading with IMPACT programme. We will soon be launching our High Potential Programme for FY23, which will bring together 169 ambitious employees to expand their network, develop reflective and interpersonal skills, as well as excel in their career with us. We also encourage our employees to get involved with a variety of initiatives and causes that are close to their hearts, such as our fully paid Giving Back Days which are centred around raising money for charity and helping our local communities.
