Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted that you recognise the extensive range of learning and development on offer at IRIS. For our Sales team, we are proud to deliver a 4-week induction and training course, which covers the end-to-end sales process, supported by individual training modules and a tailored product knowledge programme. We also provide dedicated personal performance coaching for our salespeople so that they can develop their skills, learn different products, and grow their careers. Our L&D team also create a new seasonal curriculum each year open to all employees, which includes a range of free courses to develop interpersonal and practical skills at all levels. Our Spring/Summer curriculum encompassed 37 courses designed to support our employees and help them flourish.
We realise we are an ambitious company and that’s why each department establishes clear and aspiring objectives. This helps us focus on what’s really important for driving our success in the year ahead. To help our employees achieve these goals, we work hard to give all managers the skills they need to motivate, develop and inspire their teams. To do this, we created our dedicated ‘Managing with IMPACT’ training programme, a four-day programme that covers the key elements of effective management, from motivating and engaging people to goal setting, to giving feedback and dealing with conflict. We are delighted to have supported 42 managers through Manging with IMPACT this year and had full attendance on our 15th course. We are also proud to use Peakon, our immediate feedback tool, which enables employees to share their ideas and concerns with managers and senior leaders in real time. Through this platform, we are also able to identify managers who may need additional support to drive engagement, create harmonious teams, and create action plans.
