Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re delighted that you recognise the fantastic people at IRIS who are celebrated for bringing their true selves to work. We’re truly proud to create an inclusive working environment, our Belonging Group holds monthly calls to focus on specific topics, share ideas and experiences and provide networking opportunities. We’re also particularly proud to promote and encourage more women into tech, with 46.5% of the IRIS population being women, and support their development.
We are constantly reviewing our processes between Engineering and Product. From our Great Place to Work survey, our Engineering and Product Heads of Function have listened to our employees feedback and are looking to consolidate and review this to ensure the communication stream is as effective as possible. We have now set up an Engineering Newsletter where we will share higher level Product celebrations across the whole department which should also impact the communication aspect within the department. In the last 4 months, we were also delighted to celebrate 5 promotions and role changes across the Software Production function.
